On August 24 and 25, at Farm 720 (Regiment 720), technical officers of Army Corps 16 and the Agricultural Extension Center of Tuy Duc district, Dak Nong province organized a training course on agricultural extension for more than 300 households of ethnic minorities in the project area.
This is one of the contents of the Central Agricultural Extension Project in 2023.

The purpose of this training course is to help households grasp the technical process, organize intensive avocado gardens according to VietGAP standards, contribute to increasing productivity, output and improving the quality of existing avocado gardens; promote the strengths of avocado trees in the southern Dak Nong region to help households have more income to overcome hunger, reduce poverty, and escape poverty sustainably.
At the training course, officers of Army Corps 16 and the agricultural extension center were equipped with the following contents: Techniques for planting and caring for avocado trees; plant management and protection; technical solutions for intensive cultivation to increase productivity of orchards; harvesting and processing products... In addition, the unit also integrated propaganda content for people to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, state policies and laws, local regulations, do a good job of environmental protection, and mobilize people to hand over illegal weapons, explosives, and support tools...
