Currently, the province has 7 districts and cities with 184 grassroots associations and 43,327 members. In 2024, the Provincial Red Cross Association achieved outstanding results in its Red Cross work in the province. Typical examples include the "Humanitarian Tet" movement in the Spring of Giap Thin 2024 with 4 "Humanitarian Fairs" in Yen Son, Chiem Hoa, Son Duong and Ham Yen districts; presenting and handing over 51 "Humanitarian Houses" worth 2.5 billion VND to poor households in the province; presenting 24,565 gifts to poor households, Agent Orange victims, policy families, meritorious people and people in difficult circumstances with a total value of over 11.7 billion VND.

The Provincial Red Cross Society in coordination with the Provincial Farmers' Association has mobilized and received from organizations, individuals, and generous sponsors at home and abroad over 500 tons of necessities, household items, rescue and life-saving equipment, medical drugs, disinfectants, etc.; mobilized the construction of 78 "Humanitarian Houses" with a total cost of over 4.4 billion VND sponsored by Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Group, philanthropists, and benefactor Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Lan, 85 years old, residing in Thu Duc City - Ho Chi Minh City; received over 4,000 units of blood, especially the "Giot Hong Xu Tuyen" program received a record amount of blood over 1,500 units, in which Tuyen Quang was the first province to organize the reception of a record amount of blood 821 units...

In 2024, the total value of activities mobilized by the Red Cross at all levels will be nearly 59 billion VND, an increase of 50.8% compared to 2023, supporting over 100,000 people in difficult circumstances, people in remote areas, poor students, and children with disabilities.

In 2025, the Provincial Red Cross Society will implement the Movement "Humanitarian Tet - 2025", "Humanitarian Month - 2025" with practical activities suitable for each locality; thoroughly grasp and concretize the Development Strategy of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to 2030, vision 2045 and the plan to implement the Strategy in the Congress Resolution documents, term and annual work programs of the Society at all levels; Organize voluntary blood donation campaigns and events in 2025: Voluntary blood donation campaign on the occasion of Tet and "Pink Spring Festival", "All people donate blood voluntarily" Day...; mobilize sponsors, organizations and individuals to support resources for humanitarian activities through the Society at all levels.

At the Conference, a discussion was held with the theme "Good people, good deeds - Joining hands to build a compassionate community" including 2 main parts: Spreading compassionate hearts; Storms and floods pass, humanity remains.

The guests shared the people's support and the silent contributions and noble humanitarian values ​​that each cadre, member, volunteer, and youth of the Red Cross of units, agencies, and departments have strived to contribute to the community, for a more humane and better society, contributing to building a cultural lifestyle and promoting humanitarian values ​​in the community.

Through the discussion, the Provincial Red Cross Association hopes to convey the message that even if it is just a small gesture or a great support, all contribute to spreading humanistic values, good people, good deeds in humanitarian activities, and the noble spirit of mutual love of the Vietnamese people.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Bui Thi Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, praised the achievements of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Red Cross Society. The Society has many new models, developed a good grassroots volunteer force, performed well in emergency relief work, extended the arms of compassion, and sowed the seeds of goodness to make life better.

He suggested that the Red Cross Associations at all levels in Tuyen Quang province continue to promote the achieved results, more closely follow the Programs and Resolutions of the Party Committee, the government and the goals and tasks of local socio-economic development; continue to improve the capacity of the Red Cross staff, members and volunteers; and effectively carry out the campaign "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address".

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in charity and humanitarian work in the province in 2024; the Provincial Red Cross Association awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Association's work and the Red Cross Movement in 2024; the Provincial Red Cross Association awarded symbols to honor 78 outstanding sponsors in 2024.
