77 years ago, on the way to the Viet Bac resistance base, President Ho Chi Minh stayed and worked in Ghenh hamlet and Doi hamlet in Co Tiet commune (now Van Xuan commune). This was the locality with the earliest revolutionary movement in Tam Nong district, the place chosen by the Bac Ky Regional Party Committee as the location to open training classes for Viet Minh cadres for the entire Phu Tho province to join the people of the whole country in the heroic struggle, defeating the French colonialists and the invading American imperialists, gaining independence and freedom for the Fatherland.
