Promoting the role of a cadre "elected by the people, nominated by the Party", he has always been proactive, exemplary, and fulfilled the responsibilities of the head of the Party cell and the hamlet. In order for the Resolution of the Party cell to come into life, he coordinated with the Party cell committee to build a great solidarity bloc, connecting party members and people to join hands in carrying out the tasks of the hamlet. Mr. Thinh went from house to house to learn, listen, and grasp the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people; mobilized cadres, party members, members of the elderly association, and people to strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, as well as local regulations.

In 2021, the locality will implement the construction of an advanced new-style rural commune. With the attention and support of superiors and the cooperation of the people, Tan Lap has achieved 19/19 criteria and 75/75 targets for building an advanced new-style rural commune. By August 2024, cadres, party members, elderly association members, and people of Tan Lap were happy and honored to receive the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the advanced new-style rural standards. Secretary Le Huu Thinh shared: “Hamlet 3 is very honored to contribute to the success of the commune. We proactively propagate to cadres, party members, elderly association members, and people to actively respond to the emulation movement "Binh Duong joins hands with the whole country to build a new-style rural commune", and at the same time proactively grasp the actual situation of the locality. At hamlet meetings, conferences, and party cell activities, I always propagate and encourage cadres, party members, elderly association members, and people to actively implement the criteria for building an advanced new-style rural commune and a model new-style rural commune".

Along with that, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", building a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and eliminating backward customs, maintaining good customs... is always directed and effectively implemented by him and the Party Committee, Women's Union, Elderly Association, and Front Work Committee, thereby creating an exciting and united atmosphere among the people in the hamlet.

Following the district's orientation, the Party cell led and directed the people in the hamlet to focus on developing production, promoting local potential and advantages, applying technology, promoting agricultural restructuring, linking production with the market, improving productivity and quality, bringing high efficiency. Since then, the income and material and spiritual life of the people have changed positively. The average income per capita reached about 80 million VND/person/year, the rate of rich and well-off households was higher year after year; 100% of households built solid, spacious, clean and beautiful houses.

At the same time, Secretary Thinh always paid attention to mobilizing agencies, units, and enterprises to visit and give 65 gifts, worth 65 million VND to poor households, people in difficult circumstances, and policy families on the occasion of Tet and Spring. Coordinated with the Front Work Committee and mass organizations to mobilize and help people in disaster-stricken areas, proposing to support 85 million VND to build and repair 3 solidarity houses and charity houses for the poor.

Recently, he was honored to attend the National Conference to honor the elderly participating in building the political system, period 2019 - 2024 and was commended by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly.
