Recently, the South China Morning Post (SCMP), a long-standing and famous newspaper in Hong Kong (China), published an article praising Ninh Binh, a land likened to Vietnam's "Ha Long Bay on land".
Located about 100km south of Hanoi, Ninh Binh is praised by SCMP as having many "impressive landscapes no less than Ha Long Bay".
At Trang An, considered the center of the vast delta of the Ngo Dong River, reporters from a famous foreign newspaper were amazed by the natural scenery.
Sitting on rowboats, they are guided through towering forested cliffs and winding cave systems here.
"Because it is not adjacent to the sea, Trang An does not have any tourist boats and is much less crowded than Ha Long Bay," Quy Vu, the tour guide for the group, emphasized.
Thanh Truot Cave, Tien Stream, Dia Linh Mountain,... are famous destinations in Trang An that the SCMP reporter group visited before going to Hoa Lu and Hang Mua.
"The scenery on top of Ngoa Long in Hang Mua can be considered one of the most beautiful landscapes in Vietnam," SCMP affirmed.
