Hoa Binh Newspaper improves the effectiveness of coordination of propaganda and newspaper publishing work.

From 2020 to present, Hoa Binh Newspaper has signed a regulation on coordination of propaganda with 16 agencies, units, localities and the Provincial Business Association. Actively coordinate with agencies advising the Provincial Party Committee, sign regulations and programs on coordination of propaganda with: Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training, Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, Provincial Ethnic Committee, Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Develop and implement increasingly methodical and high-quality propaganda plans, bringing positive results.

For localities, Hoa Binh Newspaper has signed a coordination charter with 8/10 districts: Luong Son, Lac Thuy, Yen Thuy, Mai Chau, Tan Lac, Lac Son, Cao Phong, Da Bac; regularly publishing fields of the localities.

Hoa Binh Newspaper quickly and promptly reflects the outstanding results, achievements, and patriotic emulation movements of all levels, sectors, and localities. Hoa Binh Newspaper has focused on coordinating and propagating the implementation of the province's key and breakthrough tasks in planning, improving the business environment, and improving the quality of human resources; building and maintaining many specialized pages and columns: "Inspection and supervision", "National defense", "Security - order", "Anti-corruption, negativity", "Education and training", "Ethnic minorities and mountainous areas", "New countryside", "Sustainable poverty reduction", "Digital transformation", "Hoa Binh lake tourism"... Thereby, contributing significantly to the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security of the province.

However, the coordination of propaganda with agencies, units and localities still has difficulties and limitations such as: There are not many in-depth articles with theoretical content, summarizing practical information, articles with high fighting against negative manifestations, corruption and waste. Some agencies, units and localities have organized to sign the coordination regulations for propaganda but do not have a specific propaganda plan, leading to the failure to organize monthly and fixed special pages and columns in printed and electronic newspapers.

The purchase and reading of Party newspapers and magazines in accordance with Directive No. 35-CT/TU has not met the requirements; by the end of 2023, only about 88% of grassroots Party organizations had subscribed to Hoa Binh Newspaper. There were times when the Provincial Party Newspaper was slow to reach readers on the day of publication. The number of newspapers distributed as gifts to Party members with 50 years of Party membership was not continuous, only 3 issues/6 issues/week were distributed.

At the conference, delegates evaluated the results and limitations; proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of coordination in propaganda and publishing the Provincial Party Committee's newspaper in the coming time.
