| Conference overview. |
After half a term of implementing the Resolution of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Congress for the 2021-2026 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress, the targets were basically implemented on schedule, with many criteria and targets reaching and exceeding the set plan. 9/10 target clusters reached and exceeded, contributing to participating in the implementation of local political tasks and performing well the representative function of taking care of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of women.

Nghe An Provincial Women's Union has also focused on directing the implementation of 3 key tasks and 3 effective breakthroughs, including: Supporting women in economic development, starting businesses, and starting successful businesses; Building a strong Association base; Innovating the Association's operation methods, promoting the application of information technology.

Highly appreciating the results achieved after half of the 16th Congress term, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Ngoc Kim Nam and Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union Nguyen Thi Thu Hien suggested: Nghe An Provincial Women's Union needs to have solutions to maintain the achieved and exceeded targets according to the roadmap; continue to innovate and be more creative in the second half of the term to complete the set targets and tasks with quality.
