In particular, in recent times, many groups have been discovered selling cheating devices during exams and have been purchased by many people. Therefore, the education sector needs to raise awareness among test site managers, test supervisors, and candidates about the seriousness of cheating and intentionally revealing state secrets. Test organizers must not be negligent or subjective in the process of performing their duties in order to promptly detect signs of violations (if any).

Proactively plan and prepare backup scenarios

Through inspecting the preparation work and visiting some examination sites in the area, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the Vinh Phuc education sector for its careful and serious preparation for the 2024 High School Graduation Exam. Vinh Phuc is one of the localities that established a provincial Steering Committee and issued a Directive on the local exam early. The locality also paid attention to the direction, supervision and inspection work with a thoughtful spirit towards the sector, students, parents and officials participating in the exam.

The Deputy Minister said that 2024 is the last year of the exam according to the 2006 general education program. In particular, Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong emphasized five groups of issues in organizing this year's exam. Specifically, the "four rights" are following the exam regulations and instructions; following the correct and complete procedures; following the assigned positions and responsibilities; and handling unusual situations at the right time. The "three no's" are not being negligent or subjective; not handling unusual situations on your own; and not being overly stressed or pressured.
