VNPT Ha Tinh Deputy Director Tran Xuan Dung said: VNPT has completed the connection of online transmission lines to serve the conference at the main bridge point. The unit has coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to survey the area for news agencies and newspapers to report on the conference before installing a wifi network system with the goal of having a strong enough transmission line to serve 30-40 reporters and journalists working at the same time.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of Information - Press - Publishing Department (Department of Information and Communications) discussed with VNPT network staff about installing wifi system to serve the operations of news agencies and newspapers.

The connection lines to the connecting points of departments, branches and localities from district to commune and ward levels have basically been built to serve previous online meetings, so it is only necessary to check the connection line before the conference takes place.

Viettel network operator dispatched a mobile vehicle to broadcast the network to serve the conference at the provincial Cultural - Cinema Center.

Vice Chairman of Thach Ha District People's Committee Nguyen Van Sau said that the locality has assigned the District People's Committee Office and the District Culture - Communication Center to coordinate with the network operator to re-check the connection line at the province's bridge point to ensure that communication information about the conference is stable, continuous and regular.

Along with ensuring communication for the conference to announce the Provincial Planning and promote investment in Ha Tinh, in recent times, Thach Ha district has directed communes and towns to actively promote propaganda work to spread information related to the event to the general public.
