Accordingly, Thang Binh district handed over 12.77/17.4km (72% achieved). Approved compensation and support plans with 42 decisions, totaling 74.4 billion VND. Approved compensation and support plans for relocation of technical infrastructure systems (lighting, medium and low voltage electricity, clean water). Quang Nam Electricity Company has constructed medium and low voltage electricity systems.

The remaining pillars, medium and low voltage lines and transformer stations that have not been constructed, the company is coordinating with the locality to relocate within the area of ​​site clearance. Regarding site clearance capital, in 2023, Thang Binh disbursed 42/42 billion VND (reaching 100% of the allocated capital); at the same time in 2024, 29.83/35 billion VND was disbursed (reaching 85.23% of the registered capital).

Hiep Duc district handed over 26.18/30.2km of land (reaching 86.72%). Approved compensation and support plans including 44 decisions, totaling 82.25 billion VND. The district People's Committee approved and paid compensation and support plans for the relocation of technical infrastructure systems.

The technical infrastructure system, rural power lines invested by the district and the 22kV power line of Dak Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company have been completed and relocated outside the construction scope of the project.

Regarding the 22kV power line of Quang Nam Power Company, Phuoc Son is coordinating to remove difficulties and obstacles related to the site to ensure early completion of the relocation and handover of the construction site. Up to now, the company has relocated 13/42 pole positions, and will continue to coordinate in the coming time. Regarding capital for site clearance, in 2023, Phuoc Son disbursed 25/25 billion VND (reaching 100% of the allocated capital); in the first months of 2024, it disbursed 4.063/25 billion VND (only reaching 16.25% of the registered capital).
