AUX launches air conditioner in Vietnam

DNVN - With the spirit of "Breaking limits - Unleashing potential", AUX air conditioner officially announced its presence in the Vietnamese market through two distributor conferences taking place in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Founded in 1986, AUX Group has grown from a small factory with only 7 employees and a debt of 70,000 USD, and has now become a leading multi-industry corporation.

Currently, AUX is operating in 5 main areas: household appliances, electricity, distribution, renewable energy and healthcare, with more than 40,000 employees and annual revenue exceeding 12 billion USD. AUX owns 15 manufacturing facilities and 6 R&D centers globally, providing products and services in more than 140 countries and territories.

Throughout its history, AUX has won many prestigious international design awards such as the iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award, and owns more than 20,000 patents. In particular, AUX is the official air conditioner supplier at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games. In 2023, AUX will become the No. 1 household air conditioner brand in China by sales volume.

Entering Vietnam, AUX commits that all air conditioner products distributed here are manufactured at AUX's largest factory in Southeast Asia, located in Thailand. This factory is equipped with a modern production line with a high level of automation, combined with advanced technologies from AUX's Japanese R&D Center.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Miyaba from the Japan R&D Center emphasized: "To bring high-quality products to Vietnamese customers, AUX has conducted hundreds of market surveys and directly contacted consumers to deeply analyze usage needs. Based on these studies, we launched the C-Series product line - designed specifically for the Vietnamese market with the following criteria: high performance, smooth operation, outstanding durability, comfort, health protection and easy installation and maintenance."

In order to improve after-sales service and protect the interests of Vietnamese customers, AUX implements a "1 for 1 exchange within 365 days" policy. Accordingly, in 2025, customers who purchase eligible AUX air conditioner products will be able to exchange them for free if the product has quality problems due to component or technical errors from the manufacturer.

With 2 short-term goals, AUX will focus on building and maximizing the retail system and building the AUX brand with many attractive policies for Vietnamese consumers (such as fast and professional after-sales service, 1-for-1 exchange program in the first year). In terms of long-term strategy, AUX will become a strategic partner providing air conditioning solutions ( not only air conditioners but also heaters , industrial and commercial machines and air conditioning solutions ), contributing to the goal of sustainable development in the Vietnamese market.

In addition, AUX integrates advanced DC Inverter technology to save up to 30% of electricity, iFeel sensor technology to intelligently adjust temperature and a multi-layer air filtration system to remove dust and bacteria. In addition, the anti-corrosion Golden Fin coating also helps prolong product life, especially suitable for Vietnam's climate conditions.
