(HQ Online) - A shipment of 15,000 tons of plastic pellets exported to Europe was cleared through Long An International Port on February 15, 2024.

On the morning of February 15, 2024 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), Long An International Port officially opened for business and issued orders to export 15,000 tons of plastic pellets to Europe, marking the beginning of a vibrant and successful new year of Giap Thin 2024.

Mr. Vo Quoc Huy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Long An Port Joint Stock Company, issued the order to start the first spring production at the port. Immediately after, the first shipment of 15,000 tons of plastic pellets was loaded onto the ship and exported to Europe.

The event is an important turning point in the development process of Long An International Port, bringing with it confidence and expectations for a year of the Dragon 2024 with strong growth in import-export turnover of Long An International Port in particular, while contributing to the further development of Vietnam's logistics industry.

The opening ceremony and the launch of the first spring production order are important milestones, demonstrating Long An International Port's commitment to providing high-quality logistics services, contributing to promoting the economy and international trade.
