147 students were additionally admitted to Doan Ket and Minh Quang High Schools.

Previously, on the evening of July 12, the Department of Education and Training announced additional recruitment for Doan Ket High School - Hai Ba Trung and Minh Quang High School - Ba Vi.

Specifically, Minh Quang High School - Ba Vi is allowed to recruit additional students throughout the city for students who are not admitted to their registered wishes and have an admission score of 17 points or higher (if there is still a shortage of students after recruiting students admitted according to the additional standard score).

Doan Ket - Hai Ba Trung High School is recruiting additional students throughout the city for students who are not admitted to their registered wishes and have an admission score of 25.75 points or higher.

There are 72 students admitted to grade 10 of Doan Ket - Hai Ba Trung High School.

Students who meet the requirements (not admitted to any public school and have the required admission scores) who wish to apply for additional admission to the above two schools will register online on the city's primary school admission portal at: tsdaucap.hanoi.gov.vn. The time to apply for additional online admission to the above two schools starts from 1:00 p.m. on July 13, 2024 to 12:00 a.m. on July 16, 2024.

Based on the additional admission application, on July 17, the Admissions Council of the two schools met to consider and approve additional admissions from high to low scores until the assigned quota was met. In case the final quota had the same admission score, the schools reported to the Department for consideration and approval. The list of proposed admissions was sent to the Department of Education and Training in the afternoon of the same day.

Based on the enrollment results and proposals of the two schools, on July 18, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training announced the list of additional students admitted to grade 10 at Doan Ket High School and Minh Quang High School for the 2024-2025 school year.

Accordingly, 72 students were admitted to Doan Ket High School. The student with the highest score in the supplementary admission round was 40.5 and the student with the lowest supplementary admission score was 38.75 (there were 20 students with the same score).

For Minh Quang High School, there are 75 students who have been admitted for supplementary admission. The highest score for supplementary admission to the school is 38.5; the lowest is 20.75. Notably, many students who have been admitted for supplementary admission to Minh Quang – Ba Vi School are students from inner-city secondary schools.

Hanoi Department of Education and Training notes: Students whose names are on the admission list must submit their admission applications to Doan Ket and Minh Quang schools from 8:00 a.m. on July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on July 29, 2024 (during office hours).
