Handling dirty food: not just calling for conscience!

The war against dirty food has been going on every day, every hour in every family meal, every lunch, every snack in front of the school gate. Every time the authorities launch a food safety inspection, they bring back shocking figures about dirty food overwhelming the safety in every family meal.

Every time the press investigates food safety control, serious violations are revealed. Consumers' concerns are growing because of the increasing risk of being "poisoned".

It must be frankly admitted that many people, for the sake of business profit, are willing to spray, soak, bleach, and wash food with chemicals. People easily import shipments of unknown origin, containers of food that smell bad, and release poor quality, even toxic products onto the market.

The mindset of "who cares who is sick" has been deeply ingrained in the minds of some people. For immediate profit, selling one's conscience and sowing disease is a crime! But as long as human greed still exists, some people still grow vegetables in different rows and raise pigs in different pens. The food is called clean, but consumers are still worried about whether it is really clean.

Every day, consumers still have a headache distinguishing between clean and dirty, choosing restaurants when food here and there is noisy information about chemical residues, active ingredients... No one dares to affirm that family meals are completely clean when we cannot control everything ourselves!

Consumer concerns are increasingly volatile following a series of food poisoning cases. Children’s desire for clean meals or delicious and healthy snacks at school requires drastic action from the whole society.

Farmers change their farming methods, do not overuse pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and instead use organic farming. Traders say no to injecting, spraying, or soaking chemicals into vegetables, fruits, and food. That is the way to prevent long-term consequences for consumers!

Building a safe breeding environment, healthy farming, and civilized business to maintain health for yourself and everyone around you. That is the only way to create safety from meals.

It is time we can no longer tolerate dirty food because the harmful effects are not only poisoning cases here and there but also all kinds of diseases later. The measures of inspection, reminders, and administrative penalties have really become "immune"!

It is necessary to deal with and prosecute those who disregard the health and lives of others with strict measures by the authorities. In addition, it is necessary to promote forms of propaganda, education, and appeal to conscience in each manufacturer and each business household.

Together, "pointing out" dirty food and food magic tricks, and strictly handling cases of accidental or intentional poisoning - that is the way to change perceptions about truly clean food.
