Accordingly, from March 15, 2023, the authorities and local authorities in Sa Pa town have launched an inspection of land violations from 2019 to present and discovered 207 cases of violations of regulations on construction order and laws on land management. Of which, there were 45 cases of violations of construction order and 162 cases of violations of land management.

Violations were mainly concentrated in Ham Rong ward (34 cases), Phan Si Pang (30 cases), Cau May (30 cases), Sa Pa (19 cases), Sa Pa (14 cases), Muong Hoa commune (17 cases), Ta Van (14 cases) and scattered in other localities in the town.

There have been 207 cases of land order violations since 2019 handled by the People's Committee of Sa Pa town.

Sa Pa town authorities have drawn up 174 administrative violation records, but 33 cases voluntarily dismantled illegal constructions, so no violation records were drawn up; issued 159 decisions to sanction administrative violations (39 cases of illegal construction; 120 cases of land management violations); organized enforcement, dismantlement and mobilized the dismantling of 60 illegal constructions.

Mr. Cao Ba Quy, Vice Chairman of Sa Pa Town People's Committee, said that Plan No. 127/KH-UBND has contributed to correcting and overcoming limitations and weaknesses in land management and construction order in Sa Pa town. These 207 cases have been compiled from 2019 to present and have been handled. Plan 127 has contributed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the land sector, contributing to stabilizing the security and order situation, promoting local socio-economic development. In the coming time, Sa Pa town will continue to strengthen land management so that such violations no longer exist.
