Building a typical emulation movement to win in Hai Duong with the motto "real people, real work, real achievements"

Leaders of Military Region 3 and Hai Duong province visited the exhibition area of ​​the province's armed forces' traditions.

Speaking at the congress, Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang and Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 3 Bui Cong Chuc acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in the emulation movement "Determination to Win" of the provincial armed forces in the period 2019-2024. The movement has been deployed synchronously, widely, and in depth, creating motivation for officers and soldiers to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The leaders suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee, commanders, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces need to focus on educating, thoroughly grasping and imbuing President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation; directives, resolutions and plans of all levels on emulation and rewards.

Cadres and soldiers, first of all, Party committees and leading cadres, must have a correct understanding of the position, meaning and importance of emulation and reward work and the Determined to Win emulation movement. Promote the vanguard and exemplary spirit and be the core in the grassroots emulation movement. Focus on training cadres and party members of agencies and units to well implement the spirit of "7 dares" under the direction of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

The provincial armed forces need to continue to innovate the content, form, and measures to carry out emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in accordance with the characteristics and tasks of the unit, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

Comrades Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang and Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 3 Bui Cong Chuc requested the Provincial Military Command to closely follow the direction and guidance of superiors, proactively guide and deploy for agencies and units to effectively organize emulation movements associated with the movement "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas". In the 2024-2029 period, the provincial armed forces will continue to actively and proactively advise Party committees and authorities at all levels to lead, direct and implement, and comprehensively complete local military defense tasks.

Over the past 5 years, the provincial armed forces have had 798 collectives and 2,561 individuals awarded at all levels. The provincial armed forces have been awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Ministry of National Defense, the Military Region Command and the Provincial People's Committee for many years. In particular, in 2022, the Provincial Military Command was awarded the Second Class Military Exploit Order by the President.

A special performance at the congress

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded 5 collectives and 10 individuals; the Provincial Command awarded 15 collectives and 17 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Determination to Win" for the period 2019-2024.

Over the past 5 years, the provincial armed forces have launched 6 annual emulation movements and 21 raid and peak emulation campaigns.

Agencies and units of the Provincial Military Command received support and care for 17 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; built 45 gratitude houses and "great solidarity" houses with a total amount of over 3.6 billion VND; visited and presented more than 3,900 gifts to policy families, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in the area and military families in difficult circumstances worth over 2.5 billion VND; supported the "Repaying gratitude" Fund with a total amount of over 1.6 billion VND...

The training work of the Provincial Military Command was carried out in accordance with the motto, meeting 100% of the requirements. The Provincial Military Command won many high prizes in competitions and sports events at all levels.
