Strong from each party organization

Accordingly, Party committees at all levels have directed the development of specific solutions focusing on building grassroots party organizations and consolidating weak bases. The work of assessing the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members has gradually become more effective and substantial, with specific criteria and assessment methods being developed. The assignment of tasks and registration to strive to achieve clean and strong standards have been focused on, associated with the implementation of the annual political tasks of party organizations.

The work of arranging, building and consolidating grassroots party organizations, improving the quality of party cell activities; promoting inspection and supervision work, promptly advising on rectification and guidance to overcome shortcomings and limitations, and removing obstacles are also of concern to Party committees at all levels.

Leaders and officials of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board surveyed and improved the quality of Party cell activities in the Party Committee of Khau Tinh commune (Na Hang).

In particular, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, with its core role, has closely followed the leadership and direction of the Central Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to develop and advise on solutions and plans to improve the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members in the province. Specifically, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has proactively reviewed and urged the synchronous implementation of all aspects of Party building and political system organization work, especially Party building targets; improving the quality of advice, including many strategic and important contents. On that basis, the Party Committee's Organizing Committees at all levels have focused on reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, finding solutions, and urging the work of developing party members to overcome difficulties, determined to complete the set targets.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also regularly conducts surveys and attends grassroots Party cell meetings, thereby providing assessments and suggestions for Party cells to continue improving the quality of their activities. Comrade Chu Viet Thanh, Secretary of the Na Lung Village Party Cell, Khau Tinh Commune (Na Hang) shared: In April 2024, the Party cell was honored to have the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the working delegation attend and give suggestions for the Party cell meeting as well as the Party cell's tasks.

From the comments and assessments of the Working Group, the following month, the Party cell issued a resolution to more comprehensively lead the tasks of the village, and the Party members also clearly defined their role in taking the lead in exemplary participation in the activities of the village. The Party cell is determined to lead the people to complete the goals of building a new countryside, to join the commune in reaching the new countryside destination according to plan.

At the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, through the process of inspection, supervision and annual assessment and classification of grassroots party organizations, it identifies party organizations with limitations to be overcome. For example, in 2022, the Party Committee of the Bloc focused on consolidating 11 branches and party committees with limitations in Party building work.

In particular, the Party Committee of the Bloc has established working groups to directly visit branches and Party committees to review and guide the grassroots branches and Party committees in concretizing and organizing the implementation of programs, plans, resolutions and regulations of the Party Committee of the Bloc; the compliance and implementation of the principles of organization and operation of the Party and contents related to improving the quality of Party cell activities... Up to now, most of the branches and Party committees with limitations have been pointed out, promoting well the leadership role, directing the comprehensive implementation of the political tasks of the agency and unit.

Comrade Ma Van Khap, Head of the Party Organization Committee of the Bloc, said that consolidating and improving the quality of the Party organization is an important task that the Party Committee of the Bloc is interested in directing the Party cells and affiliated Party Committees to carry out. Currently, the Party Committee directly supervises the Party cells in improving the quality of Party cell activities through images. This is one of the solutions to monitor and supervise the Party cells in implementing discipline, improving the quality of Party cell activities, and promoting the role of political core at the grassroots level.

Comrade Do Xuan The, Secretary of Party Cell 2, An Tuong Ward, Tuyen Quang City, said that to improve the quality of Party cell activities, the first important solution is to promote the role of cadres and Party members in the Party cell. After each Party cell meeting, a resolution is issued to comprehensively lead the tasks based on the discussion opinions of each Party member at the meeting. Along with that, the activities of the Front Work Committee and mass organizations are consolidated. Next, the role of people's self-management groups is promoted. With that approach, the Party cell is regularly assessed as having excellently completed its tasks.

With many specific and practical solutions, the implementation of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee on strengthening and consolidating grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period in the provincial Party Committee has become increasingly effective, creating a premise for leading the successful implementation of the assigned political tasks.
