Naval Region 3 participates in defense diplomacy activities in Malaysia.

A highlight of the past 5 years was the first time Region 3 was assigned to participate in defense diplomacy activities in Malaysia, Indonesia and India. The Region's working group overcame all difficulties, crossed many large and dangerous sea areas, and in nearly 80 days, with a voyage of more than 11,000 nautical miles, successfully completing the assigned mission.

With the determination of "Hard training makes talent, diligently makes good", thoroughly grasping and concretizing Resolution 1659 of the Central Military Commission.
