VPF, VFF coordinate with criminal police to fight against corruption in V-League 2023/2024

Currently, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) has signed a coordination regulation on preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law in football with the Criminal Police Department (C02) - Ministry of Public Security ", said Mr. Nguyen Minh Ngoc - General Director of VPF, Head of the Organizing Committee of professional football tournaments 2023/2024.

VPF Company actively coordinates with functional departments of VFF and the Criminal Police Department to ensure security and safety for matches in the Vietnamese professional football tournament system.

VPF focuses on preventing negativity in Vietnam's professional tournaments.

In addition, VPF is working with two foreign partners to receive continuous data analysis reports on matches. One of these two companies has been a partner of VPF since 2016.

" All reports with high warning nature are immediately transferred by VPF Company to coordinate with the Vietnam Football Federation's anti-corruption department and Department C02 of the Ministry of Public Security, thereby taking necessary actions and promptly handling any negative issues that may arise, " Mr. Nguyen Minh Ngoc added.

" In addition, to raise the alertness of the team members, propaganda and widely sharing of warning information are also implemented by VPF in coordination with the functional departments of the Vietnam Football Federation in training courses and additional competition law update sessions before each season. All efforts of the Vietnam Football Federation and VPF Company demonstrate the determination to say no to negativity, striving to bring a quality and transparent tournament ," Mr. Ngoc emphasized.
