Viettel is looking for and training product management staff.

The Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel) launched the Viettel Future Changemakers 2024 (VFC 2024) program to search for and train excellent product managers.

VFC will be an annual program and product management is the theme this year. Interns will be trained in customer research, product vision, goal setting and metrics, technology application, product analysis, product roadmap development, product launch, product marketing strategy determination, product development and testing, and directly participate in developing Viettel's key products for 18 months. During this time, interns and Viettel sign a contract under the VFC program with a high income in the product management industry. Interns have the opportunity to receive official product management positions at Viettel after the program ends. VFC 2024 participants are those who have a university degree with honors or higher in the fields of information technology, computer science, business administration, finance and banking, marketing, psychology and equivalent fields, or have won national and international awards in related fields, or have excellent achievements when participating in major projects in related fields. From May, VFC 2024 opens the portal to receive application registration and capacity assessment. The program starts in July and will train interns for one month. After one month, the best interns will continue to be rotated into product projects of the Group until December 2025. The working time directly on product projects for 18 months allows candidates to have a comprehensive, comprehensive view of the product and directly participate in building and improving breakthrough digital products, changing society. "Viettel Future Changemakers' desire is to provide candidates with a perfect launching pad to develop their potential and join Viettel on the journey of changing society in a positive and sustainable way. This is an opportunity for those who want to bring technical research into finished products to consumers," said Ms. Vu Thi Mai, Head of Human Resources Department of Viettel Group.
