Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - VietinBank Hoi An branch has just announced the selection of an organization to auction the collateral assets of Hoi An Silk Hotel Company Limited.

Accordingly, the assets to be auctioned are the land use rights and the attached hotel building, along with all equipment serving the business operations of this hotel.

Silkotel Hoi An Hotel is located at plot number 123, map sheet number 30, block 3 (now Tu Le block), Cam Pho ward, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province. The starting price for the auction is 240 billion VND.

Criteria for selecting an external auction organization according to legal regulations is that the organization must have signed a contract for asset auction services with VietinBank.

Previously, Vietinbank Hoi An also announced the auction of the 4-star hotel Le Pavillon Paradise Hoi An Hotel & Spa of Hoang Ngoc Phat Tourism Service Company Limited with a starting price of 110 billion VND.

This hotel has a total area of ​​over 380m2, a floor area of ​​over 2,600m2 and a swimming pool of over 120m2.

In addition, this bank also put up for sale 2 other hotels under the Le Pavillon Hoi An brand. The first asset is the land use rights and the hotel construction Le Pavillon Hoi An Central Luxury Hotel & Spa, with an area of ​​nearly 850m2 in Cam Pho Ward, Hoi An City, owned by Hoang Hung Phat Company. The hotel has 6 floors with a scale of 84 rooms.

The second asset is Le Pavillon Hoi An Square Luxury Hotel of Hoang Lien Phat Tourism Services Company Limited, with an area of ​​over 610m2, located in Cam Pho ward.
