UK/Viet Nam Season 2023 includes a series of events from June to December, aiming to honor and introduce cultural and educational exchanges and bilateral cooperation between the two countries. UK/Viet Nam Season 2023 also marks 30 years of the British Council's presence in Vietnam, 50 years of the UK and Vietnam officially establishing diplomatic relations.

Dr. Nguyen Phuong Hoa, Director of the Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), said that the ministry and the British Council have worked closely together for many years to enhance the capacity of the culture and arts sector and contribute to strengthening the partnership between the two countries.
UK/Viet Nam Season 2023 will feature nearly 100 events across a wide range of disciplines, including film, visual arts, design, music, literature, higher education and English language.
In addition, the British Council will also support the projects: "Teachers discover language", "Culture and pedagogy in Lang Son", "Creative startups and climate change challenges"...
