Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh (Cau Giay District, Hanoi) said: "I study at the University of Foreign Languages. Every day, going to school on Pham Van Dong Street is very difficult. There are too many cars parked on the sidewalks and on the road."

The showroom owners also signed a commitment not to encroach on sidewalks for buying and selling cars.
