Quang Tri Town High School is not a specialized school but a high-quality high school in Quang Tri province. Policy for teachers based on students and human resources
Around 2000, when discussing the policy of 70% of the teaching allowance for teachers teaching in specialized schools, gifted schools, ethnic boarding schools and schools for the disabled..., some education managers said that for specialized schools, the allowance should only be for teachers teaching specialized subjects, and other subjects should be taught like regular school teachers. However, the Ministry of Education and Training still proposed and kept 70% for all teachers of all subjects. Up to now, the value of this policy has been clearly seen.
