Yen Khanh District Fatherland Front Committee summarizes work tasks in 2023

On January 5, the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Khanh district held a conference to review the Front's work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

In 2023, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and member organizations in the district have innovated the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots. Timely grasp the situation and synthesize the people's legitimate opinions and recommendations, and report them to Party committees, authorities and the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Effectively carry out social supervision and criticism; participate in preventing and combating corruption and waste; participate in Party and government building.

Actively propagate and mobilize union members, association members and people of all walks of life to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; mobilize, unite and gather people of all walks of life, thereby the great national unity and religious unity are constantly consolidated and promoted.

Campaigns and patriotic emulation movements have many innovations and creativity, becoming more and more systematic and effective; activities of gratitude, repayment of debts and social security have received attention. During the year, the District Fatherland Front Committee received and allocated 1,090 gifts, worth 727 million VND to visit and give gifts to poor households and households in difficult circumstances, inaugurated and handed over funds to support 4 great solidarity houses... In addition, the activities of the Front Committees in residential areas have been increasingly improved, and the living order has been maintained.

In 2024, the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Khanh district continues to focus on propagating and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the policies and laws of the State, the province and the district; promptly specify the tasks under the responsibility of the Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations.

Direct the successful organization of the Commune-level Fatherland Front Congress in the first quarter of 2024 and successfully organize the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Yen Khanh district for the 2024-2029 term, leading up to the 12th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ninh Binh province.
