The Provincial People's Committee requested urgent coordination to compensate and clear the house of a household located within the power grid safety protection corridor.

Previously, Power Transmission Company 2 reported on the settlement of compensation and clearance of Mr. N.D.L.'s house located in the safety corridor of the 500kV Da Nang - Doc Soi transmission line intersecting with the Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway.

Specifically, Quang Nam Power Transmission discovered that there was still a violation of the high-voltage grid safety corridor at column 104 - 105 of the 500kV Da Nang - Doc Soi line (Quang Ngai) in Tam Dai commune (Phu Ninh district). At this location, part of Mr. N.D.L. and Mr. HH's house is located in the safety corridor of the 500kV line and has not been compensated or cleared, so there is still a risk of causing unsafe operation of the 500kV Da Nang - Doc Soi line.

After the working sessions, Mr. HH's household agreed to receive compensation and hand over the land. On December 21, 2023, according to the working minutes of the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district and relevant agencies in the dialogue with Mr. N.D.L, the leader of the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district concluded that before the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024, if Mr. N.D.L. did not respond and agreed to receive compensation and hand over the land, the locality would carry out the land acquisition enforcement procedure in accordance with the provisions of law. However, the case has not been resolved to date.

Power Transmission Company 2 requested the Steering Committee for the protection of high-voltage power grid safety in Quang Nam province to continue directing authorities at all levels and relevant units to take measures to completely resolve the case of Mr. N.D.L.'s violation of the high-voltage power grid safety corridor in Tam Dai commune.

The Provincial People's Committee has announced the direction of Mr. Ho Quang Buu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the protection of safety of high-voltage power grid works in Quang Nam province, requesting the Chairman of the Phu Ninh District People's Committee to urgently direct the district's functional agencies to coordinate with Quang Nam Power Transmission to immediately deploy measures to completely resolve the compensation and clearance for Mr. L's household.

The resolution aims to ensure the national power transmission grid operates safely, continuously, and stably to supply electricity in accordance with the Prime Minister's directives; report the results to the Provincial People's Committee.
