According to the Provincial Tax Department, the total land use fee revenue to date has reached VND258.32 billion, reaching 32.3% of the estimate. Regarding the implementation of the land valuation plan for 23 projects, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) has submitted to the Provincial People's Committee a decision on land allocation and lease; at the same time, it has prepared a specific land valuation budget and organized the selection of a unit with the function of consulting on land valuation in accordance with the provisions of law. Regarding the auction of land use rights for 8 land plots, after the Provincial People's Committee approved the specific land price as the starting price, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center announced the selection of an asset auction organization and widely informed the mass media for interested customers to grasp and participate. Regarding the procedures for selling State-owned houses and land, the Department of Finance has reviewed and approved the construction cost estimate and valuation of assets on land; Select a consulting unit to determine the starting price according to the provisions of the Law on Bidding, organize an appraisal meeting and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval to ensure the proposed progress.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts and cities to enhance their responsibility, direct the implementation resolutely and with high determination to complete the set plan. Accordingly, focus on doing well the work of land valuation, auction, bidding and continue to review the implemented investment projects with land use fee collection to promptly urge the collection and payment according to regulations. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment urgently prepares a cost estimate for specific land valuation and sends it to the Department of Finance for comments; the selection and signing of contracts to hire consultants to determine the price for each land plot must ensure accuracy and comply with the principles and methods of land valuation according to the provisions of law. Organize transparently, clearly and fully legal procedures for housing and land fund categories to conduct land auctions according to regulations, ensuring that land prices closely reflect market prices... In the process of implementation, if difficulties or problems arise, departments, branches, agencies, units and localities shall proactively coordinate to review and promptly resolve them.
