To ensure safety, convenience, and avoid overload during the process of candidates making online payments, the Ministry of Education and Training has announced the schedule for candidates to make online payments on the Admission Registration Support System according to the provinces and cities (where candidates have submitted their applications).

Specifically, from 0:00 on July 31, 2023 to 17:00 on August 1, 2023: candidates from the following provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La and Yen Bai.

From 0:00 on August 1, 2023 to 17:00 on August 2, 2023: candidates from the following provinces and cities: Hoa Binh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong and Hai Phong.

From 0:00 on August 2, 2023 to 17:00 on August 3, 2023: candidates from the following provinces: Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An.

From 0:00 on August 3, 2023 to 17:00 on August 4, 2023: candidates from the following provinces and cities: Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan and Kon Tum.

From 0:00 on August 4, 2023 to 17:00 on August 5, 2023: candidates from Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Binh Phuoc and Tay Ninh.

From 0:00 on August 5, 2023 to 17:00 on August 6, 2023: candidates from the following provinces and cities: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau.

Schools disseminate and guide candidates on how to pay the admission fee on the System; remind candidates to prepare the conditions for online payment according to the document on Online Payment of Admission Fees. In addition, schools prepare a plan to support payment for candidates (on the candidate's payment software interface) in case candidates cannot do it themselves, especially candidates in difficult circumstances, candidates in remote areas.

For many candidates, this is the first time making online payments. To ensure their rights and ensure that no candidate is unable to make online payments, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training direct educational institutions to take appropriate measures to ensure that online payments are smooth and safe.

Before 5:00 p.m. on August 22, universities will announce the 2023 university admission scores and admission results. Candidates should pay attention to receive admission and admission results on the system within the prescribed time.
