Accordingly, on November 23, the Provincial Young Doctors Association, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Youth Union Executive Committee of Hue Central Hospital visited, encouraged and provided support to families in difficult circumstances in the province, affected by the recent floods.
Specifically, the delegation visited and presented gifts to support the family of Ms. HTB (born in 1983) and her child NTH (born in 2005), both residing in Huong So ward, Hue city, who were swept away by floodwaters. Previously, on the morning of November 15, a boat carrying 8 people from Huong So ward, passing through a flooded section of Huong Vinh ward, Hue city, capsized. 6 people on the boat were rescued in time, while Ms. H. and her child were swept away and died. This is a near-poor household, and the family's economy is quite difficult.
The delegation also visited and supported the family of Mr. Tran Dinh M. (born in 1972) and Nguyen Thi Thuy T. (born in 1978) whose house in Binh Tien commune, Huong Thuy town was completely damaged by landslides and rocks. Currently, Mr. M. and his wife are being treated at Hue Central Hospital.
In Phu Loc district, there is the case of Ms. Nguyen Thi V. (born in 1973) who is a near-poor family in Lang Co town. During the recent flood, a tornado collapsed part of Ms. V's house.
