During the time Song Bung 4 Hydropower Plant is maintaining and repairing construction equipment, the Provincial People's Committee requests Song Bung Hydropower Company to proactively coordinate with A Vuong Hydropower Joint Stock Company to calculate and regulate A Vuong Hydropower Reservoir to operate water discharge through power generation with the largest possible flow according to the regulations of the Inter-reservoir Operation Procedure on the Vu Gia - Thu Bon River Basin and the Coordination Regulation between the two hydropower plants to ensure water demand in the downstream area of Vu Gia River.
The People's Committees of Duy Xuyen, Dai Loc, Dien Ban districts and towns and Quang Nam Irrigation Exploitation Company Limited proactively monitor the operating schedules of hydropower plants to develop water supply plans suitable to the water needs of each locality.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Environment and Natural Resources, and Industry and Trade to coordinate with relevant units and localities to monitor and supervise the implementation of the above hydropower plants and promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct arising issues (if any).
