Joining the national atmosphere to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20, Kieu Phu Secondary School, Quoc Oai District, Hanoi held a ceremony to honor "Dedicated Teachers, Creative Students" and express gratitude to former teachers and staff of the school.
On the morning of November 20, Kieu Phu Secondary School, Quoc Oai District, Hanoi solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day and commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2023-2024 school year.
Attending the program were leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Quoc Oai district, representatives of local authorities, parents' association, alumni association and all generations of school staff, teachers and employees.

Celebrating outstanding achievements
Speaking at the ceremony, teacher Nguyen Doan Tien - Party Cell Secretary, Principal of the school said that with the timely attention of Party committees at all levels, authorities, and education sector for the school's teachers, on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20, individual teachers and the school were honored by emulation and reward councils at all levels for their achievements in the past school year.
Typically, teacher Tao Thi Quynh was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; the Chairman of the Quoc Oai District People's Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit for her achievements in winning an encouragement prize in the City-level Literature Teacher Competition and in training excellent students in Literature to win prizes at the City level.
Many teachers were honored for their achievements in training students to win prizes for excellent students at the City level in the past school year, such as teacher Nguyen Van Doan (Physics and Science), teacher Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong (Civic Education), teacher Nguyen Thi Quyen (Chemistry), and teacher Phan Trong Minh, who won the B prize in the "Songwriting for Students" Contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Capital's Education and Training Sector (1954-2024).
The school has 7 initiatives recognized for effective application and scope of influence at the district level, in particular, there is 1 initiative recognized for effective application and scope of influence at the city level. With the above achievements, in the 2023-2024 school year, the school was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, the Trade Union was awarded the Emulation Flag of the City Labor Federation, the Youth Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Hanoi Youth Union... Thereby, affirming the contributions of individual teachers in particular and the collective of Kieu Phu Secondary School in general to the educational cause of Quoc Oai district.

Honoring the ethics of "Respecting teachers and valuing education", "remembering the source of water"
At the ceremony, generations of former students of the school presented flowers and expressed gratitude to teachers, staff and employees of the school. It is known that in 2023, Kieu Phu Secondary School recognized the Alumni Liaison Committee with the aim of gathering generations of students who have studied at the school, contributing to promoting the good traditions of generations of students and the pride of being students of Kieu Phu Secondary School, creating solidarity, cohesion, mutual support and acting as a bridge between generations of students, mobilizing resources from alumni to contribute to the construction and development of the school.
