The Mental Health Support Department of the University of Science (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) is part of the mental health care program and is a unit under the student affairs department of the school.
Master Hoang Thanh Tu, deputy head of the school's information and communication department, said that the mental health care support department was established with the mission of taking care of the mental and psychological health of students, staff, lecturers, and employees.
"Students can confide in psychologists about issues ranging from cognition, emotional life, friends, learning difficulties, career orientation, psychological trauma, loss, separation, personality development as well as other concerns in work and life," Ms. Tu shared.
The mental health care room has just been invested in by the school with a spacious, airy space, full of privacy to help you feel secure and confident.
At the same time, the University of Natural Sciences has just launched a mental health care program at the school. This is a free program for students at the school.
