Attending the conference were comrades: Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vu Quang Trung, Deputy Head of Department of Localities 2, Central Organization Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term XVII; representatives of leaders of Party committees, Party executive committees, Party delegations; collective of cadres and civil servants of relevant agencies; collective of standing members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and related departments, branches, sectors and localities.
Announcement of 32 decisions on organization and personnel
At the conference, comrade Nguyen Quoc Hoan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organization and personnel work.

Specifically, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, 8 Party delegations and 3 Party executive committees under the Provincial Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies with 24 Party organizations and 544 Party members; appointed the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term consisting of 21 people, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 9 people. Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term. Comrade Nguyen Quoc Hoan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Ms. Le Thi Kim Cuong, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee's Office holds the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. The Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies has 4 people.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee with 42 Party organizations and 3,145 Party members; appointed the Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term consisting of 20 people, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 8 people. Comrade Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee holds the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Comrade Le Tan Ho, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Mr. Nguyen Trong Tung, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee. The Inspection Commission of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has 5 people.

The conference announced the decision of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned comrade Dinh Thi Thu Thanh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for the 2020-2025 term. Assigned, transferred and appointed the following: Tran Thanh Hung, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Nguyen Thi Hoai My, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Vo Tran Quang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Mobilizing and assigning comrade Huynh Lu Tan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Tuy Hoa City Party Committee to work at the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board from February 19, 2025 for the Provincial People's Committee to appoint as Head of the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board. At the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Luu Vinh Hung announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer and appoint Mr. Cao Anh Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Phu Hoa District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; introduced the election to the position of Chairman of Phu Hoa District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Also at the conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs Truong Ngoc Tuan announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, including: Transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung, Head of the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; receiving and appointing Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; transferring Mr. Nguyen Ba Khai, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Phu Hoa District People's Committee to be introduced for election to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Cao Thi Hoa An congratulated the collectives and individuals who were announced and given the decisions; at the same time, she requested the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and comrades assigned new tasks to immediately start working, without delay; focus on studying new tasks according to the functions and tasks prescribed by the Central Committee; must ensure good inheritance of the tasks of the Party organizations that have ended their activities, without interruption, stagnation, or omission of work.
Agencies and individuals need to constantly innovate and be creative, on the basis of ensuring the principles of Party organization and activities, closely coordinate, to promptly advise on handling any arising issues; continue to effectively grasp, motivate, and resolve ideological issues of cadres and party members related to receiving and arranging cadres to ensure effective and efficient operations, and must be better.

Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An acknowledged and commended the cadres, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, and localities who implemented the policy of restructuring the apparatus and streamlining the payroll according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW and voluntarily resigned from their positions and retired before the age of majority, as well as exemplary cadres and party members who were willing to sacrifice personal interests to contribute to helping the political system and state apparatus operate better.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the new Secretary of Tuy Hoa City Party Committee, Bui Thanh Toan, on behalf of the comrades who had just received the decision, expressed his emotion at receiving the attention, affection, trust, and new responsibilities from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
