'The referee handled it correctly'
After carefully reviewing these situations, Head of the Referee Board Dang Thanh Ha affirmed that the referees had followed the correct principles.
The head of the VFF Referee Board told VTV: "The referees actually controlled the matches in accordance with the spirit of the law, analyzed the situations as they had learned from FIFA courses, domestic courses and previous training. Up to this point, most of the referees have completed their tasks. Important decisions affecting the outcome of the match were all correct."
According to Mr. Dang Thanh Ha, the application of VAR up to this point has been showing positive results, although there are still some cases that are not really smooth.
