This morning, April 23, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Le Thi Lan Huong visited and expressed gratitude to soldiers, youth volunteers, and frontline laborers who participated in the fight and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign living in Vinh Linh district, including: Mr. Tran Trong Luong, in Huynh Cong Dong village, Trung Nam commune; Mr. Le Van Tao, in Vinh Hoa commune and the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tri, in Vinh Thai commune on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7 (1954 - 2024).

At the places visited, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Le Thi Lan Huong kindly visited, encouraged and presented gifts of gratitude to the families of the soldiers, youth volunteers and frontline workers. At the same time, she affirmed the great contributions of the soldiers, youth volunteers and frontline workers of Vinh Linh district in particular and Quang Tri province in general, which contributed to the Dien Bien Phu Victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world" in the past.
