The People's Committee of Long Bien District (Hanoi) has just issued a document publicly announcing 83 constructions in the area that have been put into operation even though they have not been inspected for fire prevention and fighting. Notably, in this list is the headquarters of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (under the Ministry of Transport) at 119 Nguyen Son Street (Gia Thuy Ward).
