Among the 96 constructions that have not been inspected for fire safety and have been put into use in Thanh Xuan district (Hanoi), there are many modern apartment buildings.

Besides, there are many businesses such as car showrooms, gyms, or karaoke bars that are still operating in violation.

A series of violations at Hacinco Student Village No. 79 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum (Nhan Chinh Ward) invested by Hanoi Construction Investment Company No. 2, specifically, the 11-storey building D, B; building 17-21 BDACE violated the regulations by putting the project into operation without a certificate or design approval document on fire prevention and fighting as prescribed. The exit doors, escape routes, escape stairs, and escape routes were not of the required size and quantity. The fire prevention and fighting equipment system was not inspected and maintained periodically and as prescribed. The decision to renovate fire prevention and fighting activities as prescribed was not complied with. The total fine was 378 million VND.

Next, apartment building B3.7 Le Van Luong, No. 79 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum, did not comply with the decision to suspend operations according to the law on fire prevention and fighting. Did not implement the required documents on fire prevention and fighting. Put construction items and motor vehicles into use and operation without a certificate or document approving the fire prevention and fighting design, was fined 99 million VND.

Huong Sen Massage business location at building 17-21 Hacinco student village gate 5 Le Van Thiem violated the law by putting the construction project into operation without a fire safety approval certificate and was fined 90 million VND.

Mazda and BMW Le Van Luong auto showroom organized construction of a project subject to fire safety approval without a fire safety approval certificate as prescribed and was fined 80 million VND.

Karaoke Pattaya No. 204-206 Nguyen Tuan did not update and supplement the fire prevention and fighting management records. Renovated and changed the nature of the building's use without a certificate or approval document for fire prevention and fighting design. Installed fire walls, fire partitions and other fire prevention solutions that did not meet the requirements prescribed by law.

Karaoke ione No. 178-180 Nguyen Tuan did not submit documents for re-approval when renovating, expanding, or changing the nature of use of the house or building.

Another karaoke business at 157 Vu Tong Phan has no inspection documents on soundproofing materials in the singing room. The 2 staircases do not meet the required dimensions. According to Nguoi Dua Tin, the signboard of this business has been removed. Many items are being dismantled inside.

Pico Supermarket Center No. 76 Nguyen Trai violated fire prevention and control regulations in renovation without approval.

The Light Fitness & Yoga Company Limited on the 3rd floor of the Viet Duc Complex apartment building did not submit documents for re-appraisal when renovating, expanding and changing the nature of use according to regulations. Failed to comply with the decision to suspend operations according to the provisions of law. Put construction items and works into operation without a certificate or approval document for fire prevention and fighting design. For this violation, The Light Fitness & Yoga Company Limited on the 3rd floor of the Viet Duc Complex apartment building was fined 193 million VND.

Trang An Palace Wedding Event Center No. 1 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum, invested by Phuc Loc Event Company Limited, violated the decision to suspend operations according to the provisions of the law on fire prevention and fighting. Putting construction items and motor vehicles into operation without a certificate or approval document on fire prevention and fighting design. For this violation, a fine of 170 million VND was imposed.
