On the afternoon of August 3, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province held an award ceremony for outstanding achievements in crime prevention and control for Loc Ha district police.

In recent times, Loc Ha District Police have proactively done a good job of grasping the situation and focusing on effectively implementing the fight against crime.

Since the beginning of 2023, the unit has fought, arrested and handled 113 cases/224 criminals and law violators. In particular, the unit has directly presided over and participated in breaking many major projects, arresting many inter-district and inter-provincial crime rings, which are of great significance in the general fight against crime in the whole province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai highly appreciated the results that the Loc Ha District Police Unit has achieved in the past time; at the same time, he requested the collective leadership, commanders, officers and soldiers in the unit to promote the achieved results, overcome all difficulties, continue to do a good job in the fight against crime, and ensure security and order in the area.

In the coming time, the unit needs to proactively grasp the area, grasp the situation, promptly advise the Party Committee and the government to resolve issues related to security and order right at the grassroots level, not allowing hot spots to form or arise; continue to deploy forces and means to effectively prevent and combat all types of crimes... contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety in the area, effectively serving the socio-economic development of the locality.
