Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Bui Thanh Son congratulated Ambassador Hung Ba on successfully completing his term in Vietnam, acknowledged and highly appreciated Ambassador Hung Ba's dedication and positive contributions in promoting the deep, comprehensive and substantive development of the relationship between the two Parties and countries, which is prominently demonstrated in such aspects as: high-level strategic exchanges and contacts at all levels are maintained regularly, thereby political trust is constantly consolidated, the atmosphere of friendship and cooperation spreads strongly to all levels, sectors, localities and people of the two countries; substantive cooperation in various fields has achieved many positive developments, especially in economics - trade, investment, connecting development strategies, cooperation in new areas such as digital transformation, green development; people-to-people exchanges have taken place vigorously; During the COVID-19 pandemic, China is one of the countries that has provided the most COVID-19 vaccines to Vietnam, thereby helping Vietnam to effectively control and safely adapt to the pandemic and promote the reopening of the economy. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister emphasized that in the coming time, the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam will continue to work with Vietnamese ministries, branches and localities to promote the comprehensive, substantive and effective implementation of important common perceptions of the two sides' senior leaders, especially the Joint Statements reached during the recent mutual visits of the two Parties and two countries' top leaders. Recalling the profound and unforgettable memories during his term of office in Vietnam, Ambassador Hung Ba expressed his emotions and wished to send his most sincere thanks to the leaders of the Party, State, Government, National Assembly of Vietnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son and leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as ministries, branches and localities of Vietnam for supporting and creating favorable conditions for the Ambassador to successfully complete his term of office.
