The above information was announced by Mr. Ta Quang Dong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) at the opening ceremony of the Literary and Artistic Creation Camp Living Forever with Time at Tam Dao Creation House (Vinh Phuc) on the morning of October 20.
The event is hosted by the Department of Performing Arts, in coordination with the Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vinh Phuc province.

Accordingly, after the launching ceremony held in December 2022 in Hai Phong, the Organizing Committee of the Literary and Artistic Creation Camp Living Forever with Time 2023 received more than 200 outlines and manuscripts in the genres of literature, drama, tuong, cheo, cai luong and opera.
The musical genre includes symphonic manuscripts, choral works, operas, dance poems, suites, and dance plays. Through the outlines and manuscripts, the Evaluation Council selected 48 authors with good manuscripts and outlines to participate in this composition camp.
The Northern region creative camp will take place from October 19-25 at Tam Dao Creative House (Vinh Phuc) with the participation of 23 artists. The Southern region creative camp will take place from October 28-November 3 at Vung Tau Creative House (Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) with the participation of 25 artists.
The participating authors are introduced by the Vietnam Writers Association, the Vietnam Musicians Association, the Vietnam Stage Artists Association, the Vietnam Dance Artists Association and a number of freelance authors are selected by the Evaluation Council.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong also emphasized that the creative camp is a specific activity towards the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030), the 85th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2030), aiming to promote the creativity of artists in creating quality literary and artistic works of great scale, stature and ideology.
This activity also concretely demonstrates that the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector is actively implementing the viewpoints and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the National Party Congress.
"The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will closely coordinate with relevant ministries, branches, localities, the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, and specialized associations to gradually improve the effectiveness of literary and artistic creation camps in the coming time.
At the same time, we create a favorable environment for artists to develop their abilities, continue to promote the achievements of previous generations, and create new achievements to be proud of for the country's literature and arts," said Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong hopes that artists will have practical and useful experiences through concrete work and hard work in the art field to have fragrant flowers and sweet fruits that last forever.

The creative genres participating in the camp are diverse and rich: For literature, there are novels and epic poems; for theater, there are dramas, operas, cheo, cai luong, operas; for music, there are symphonies, choruses, musicals; for dance, there are dance poems, suites and dance plays...
The compositions submitted to the 2023 Living Forever with Time Composition Camp focus on the theme of revolution in the renovation period; praising the glorious historical tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam, of the great President Ho Chi Minh; the victories and great achievements of the country under the leadership of the Party.
Reflecting social reality; reflecting good people and good deeds; building the personality of Vietnamese people in the face of new situations and requirements. Praising the love for the homeland, country and Vietnamese people; encouraging the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to enthusiastically compete in patriotism, building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland in the new situation. Promoting and enhancing the position and image of Vietnam in the world...
Within the framework of the creative camp, artists have many activities such as discussions, orientation of creative content; writing outlines and manuscripts at the Creative House.
Field trips to the Model Cultural Village, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province; Industrial Park of Bac Ninh Province; Cultural Relic Site of Bac Ninh Province for campers participating in the Northern region creative camp and field trips to the relic site of Vo Thi Sau's hometown, Dat Do District, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province.

The selected and completed manuscripts will be adapted and staged by the State.
The creative camp is the first activity of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to concretize the policies of the Party and State on the development of literature and arts in the new period; the conclusion of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong at the National Cultural Conference on November 24, 2021; Decision No. 1909/QD-TTg dated November 12, 2021 of the Prime Minister on approving the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030.
