Ho Chi Minh City leads with an average score of 6.73. Binh Duong has an average score of 6.65. Da Nang ranks 5th with an average score of 6.11.

Statistics show that the average foreign language score of Ho Chi Minh City this year decreased slightly compared to last year but still leads the country. Thus, in the past 10 years, Ho Chi Minh City has always led the foreign language score in the high school graduation exam.

In terms of 10 points, Hanoi leads with 172 foreign language 10 points. If only considering English, Hanoi has 147 10 points, Ho Chi Minh City has more with 148 10 points.

Hanoi's average foreign language score this year also decreased slightly and its position also fell from 3rd in 2023 to 4th in 2024.

In the group of provinces with the lowest test scores, there was little change. There were 20/63 provinces and cities with an average foreign language test score below 5 points.

In which, Ha Giang, although the average foreign language score increased slightly compared to 2023, only reached 3.92 points.
