Ho Chi Minh City urgently directs to have adjusted land price list by the afternoon of October 16.

The Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just sent an urgent document to the Standing Committee of the City Land Price Appraisal Council (Department of Finance), Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Information and Communications on implementing the appraisal of the decision to adjust Decision 02/2020.

Ho Chi Minh City urgently directs functional agencies to have adjusted land price list by the afternoon of October 16.

Accordingly, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Chairman of the Land Price Appraisal Council Phan Van Mai has issued a series of instructions to the units. Specifically, the leader of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Standing Committee of the City Land Price Appraisal Council to urgently review the submission of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the dossier reporting the appraisal results of the draft decision to adjust Decision No. 02/2020, and submit it to the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Land Price Appraisal Council before 2:00 p.m. on October 15.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, based on the appraisal results of the City Land Price Appraisal Council, completes the dossier (with draft) and submits it to the Steering Committee for the development and adjustment of the land price list for comments on the revised and supplemented land price list, and submits it to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee before 2:00 p.m. on October 16.

In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is also assigned to coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to provide content on the orientation, process, and results of the decision to adjust Decision No. 02/2020 to propagate and disseminate to organizations and individuals in the city with accurate and effective information and correct assessment of policies and legal regulations.

In addition, the city leaders also assigned the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to coordinate with the Office of the City Party Committee to prepare the content and documents for the meeting of the Steering Committee for the development and adjustment of the land price list and to monitor, urge and coordinate with the Standing Committee of the City Land Price List Appraisal Council. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment and other agencies and units urgently complete the work related to the amendment and supplementation of the land price list in the city to ensure the progress according to regulations.
