Synchronously handle the responsibilities of agencies, units, and individuals that cause waste, along with issuing mechanisms, policies, and regulations to remove difficulties and obstacles for investment projects that are not implemented, are slow to implement, or violate the law. In the immediate future, it is necessary to synchronously implement solutions to strive to achieve and exceed the GDP growth target for 2024 and 2025, in which it is necessary to strive to achieve the double-digit growth target right from this time.
Pleased to see that many development indicators of Hung Yen province have reached and exceeded the set plan, the General Secretary emphasized that in recent years, Hung Yen is one of the provinces that has been increasingly developing, roads have been expanded, cultural works have been built, and national defense and political security have been maintained.

At the meeting with voters, General Secretary To Lam reported to voters an overview of the results of handling and responding to voters' recommendations sent to the sessions of the 15th National Assembly, focusing on: building a clean and strong Party organization; administrative reform; ensuring social security, poverty reduction; environmental pollution treatment; investment in developing transport infrastructure; attracting investment in industrial parks and industrial clusters; building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas; developing high-quality human resources, etc.
Regarding the content of streamlining the apparatus, General Secretary To Lam clearly stated that all levels and sectors from the Central to the grassroots level must determine the highest political determination in implementing this policy with the spirit of "the Central level sets the example, the provinces and districts follow" and must do so urgently.
Each level and each sector must closely follow the plan to summarize and propose models for their agencies and units to ensure progress (ministries and sectors must complete in December 2024); aiming for the common goal of completing and reporting to the Central Committee the Plan to arrange and perfect the organizational apparatus of the political system in the first quarter of 2025.
Streamlining does not mean mechanically cutting down, but eliminating unnecessary positions, reducing ineffective work, thereby focusing resources on key areas, on truly worthy and suitable people. Do not let state agencies become a "safe haven" for weak officials.
Each agency and unit must carry out well the political and ideological work and the regime and policies for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers affected by the restructuring of the organization and apparatus; ensure fairness, transparency, objectivity and avoid complications. Streamlining the apparatus requires sacrifices from cadres and party members.
Regarding the work of preventing and combating waste, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that in every revolutionary stage, our Party and State have always paid special attention to the work of preventing and combating waste. The General Secretary pointed out that waste is still quite common, in many different forms, and has been causing many serious consequences for development, causing a decline in human resources, financial resources, reducing production efficiency, increasing the burden of costs, causing resource depletion, and increasing the gap between rich and poor.
Moreover, waste also reduces people's trust in the Party and the State, creates invisible barriers in socio-economic development, and misses development opportunities for the country. Therefore, it is necessary to unify awareness and determination to fight against waste, corruption, and negativity to build a strong Party and focus on widespread propaganda, raising awareness and responsibility among cadres, party members, and workers.
Responding to voters' opinions on the policy of restarting the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project, General Secretary To Lam emphasized the policy of restarting the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project and continuing to research the Nuclear Power Program in Vietnam to firmly ensure national energy security, meet socio-economic development goals, enhance scientific and technological potential and sustainable development of the country...
