The whole province has 3 more new rural communes and 1 advanced new rural commune.

The appraisal council to consider and propose recognition of communes meeting new rural and advanced new rural standards in the province for the 2021-2025 period has just held a meeting to review and vote to recognize communes reaching new rural and advanced new rural standards in 2022.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Appraisal Council chaired the meeting.

According to the Provincial New Rural Area Coordination Office, in 2022, there are 3 communes in the province that have registered for approval to reach the new rural commune finish line, including: Phu Lac commune - Tuy Phong district; Hong Phong commune - Bac Binh district and Suoi Kiet commune - Tanh Linh district. In addition, Tra Tan commune - Duc Linh district has registered for approval to reach the advanced new rural commune standards.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives of the People's Committees of the above districts briefly presented the dossiers for consideration of the proposal to recognize the communes as meeting the new rural and advanced new rural standards. The Council members discussed the results of the assessment of criteria chaired by the departments and branches; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province reported the results of the assessment to collect opinions on people's satisfaction with the communes reaching the new rural and advanced new rural standards. Most of the above communes ensured that the satisfaction rate of local people met the requirements according to regulations; no commune had outstanding debts in the construction of new rural and advanced new rural areas.

The appraisal council to consider and propose recognition of communes meeting new rural and advanced new rural standards in the province for the period 2021-2025 has conducted a vote on communes registered for approval to reach new rural and advanced new rural standards. As a result, 100% agreed that Phu Lac, Hong Phong, and Suoi Kiet communes met the new rural standards; at the same time, 100% agreed that Tra Tan commune met the advanced new rural standards in 2022.

Thus, up to this point, the whole province has 72/93 new rural communes and Tra Tan commune is the first commune in the province to be recognized as a commune meeting advanced new rural standards.
