Comrade Tran Hai, Director of the Department of Home Affairs thoroughly grasped Directive 41-CT/TW dated December 26, 2024 on strengthening the Party's leadership over emulation and reward work in the new situation. Comrade Ngo Thi Bich Thao, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, thoroughly grasped Instruction No. 08-HD/UBKTTW dated November 18, 2024 of the Central Inspection Commission on inspection and supervision work serving party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Instruction No. 10-HD/UBKTTW dated December 16, 2024 of the Central Inspection Commission on personnel work of the inspection committee at party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the action plans and programs of the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, delegates are required to fully grasp the contents that have been thoroughly grasped; at the same time, organize the dissemination, propaganda and implementation in a specific, practical and effective manner associated with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.
* In the afternoon of the same day, the Provincial Party Committee organized an online conference to study and disseminate the resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Committee and the Plan and Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee. Attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the branches and grassroots Party Committees.
