The 15th Provincial Party Congress Document Subcommittee held its first session.

The Subcommittee on Documents of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held its first meeting.

Comrades: Tran Quoc Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Subcommittee; Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee; Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee; Pham Khac Quan, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Deputy Head of the Subcommittee chaired the meeting.

The Subcommittee on Documents of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was established under Decision No. 4896-QD/TU, dated August 2, 2024 of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, consisting of 27 members, headed by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Cuong. The Subcommittee is responsible for assisting the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee to draft and organize the collection of comments on the draft Political Report, the Review Report of the Provincial Party Committee, the draft Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress and other documents submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

At the meeting, delegates gave their opinions on the working regulations and work plan of the Document Subcommittee and the Working Groups of the Document Subcommittee of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. In particular, delegates focused on reviewing the timelines in the plan; having a detailed outline to develop the content of the assessment of the implementation of thematic resolutions; collecting opinions from the National Assembly Delegation on the contents of the documents; soon having instructions from the Provincial Party Committee for localities and units to develop documents...

Regarding the preliminary outline of the Political Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee at the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, delegates focused on research to give opinions on the Congress theme, guiding ideology, report layout...

Secretary of Dien Bien Phu City Party Committee contributed comments at the meeting.

Receiving the opinions of the delegates, the chairmen of the meeting requested the members of the Subcommittee to continue studying the working regulations and work plan of the Document Subcommittee and the Document Subcommittee Support Groups as well as the preliminary outline of the Political Report to contribute opinions and transfer them to the standing agency for further adjustment and completion.
