BTO-On the morning of June 12, the Document Subcommittee of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held its first meeting to deploy the task of preparing documents to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Comrade Doan Anh Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the Document Subcommittee.
The Subcommittee for Documents of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was established under Decision No. 1626-QD/TU, dated April 12, 2024 of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, consisting of 35 comrades. The Head of the Subcommittee is Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. The Subcommittee is responsible for preparing the Political Report, draft Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress and other documents to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the following contents: announcement of task assignment for Subcommittee members; working regulations of the Subcommittee; draft Plan for drafting documents and documents serving the Congress; Proposal to establish an Editorial Team to assist the Document Subcommittee... Delegates basically agreed on the above contents, however, many delegates also discussed and clarified some contents and tasks with the goal of ensuring the completion of work and achieving the highest results.
Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh highly appreciated the enthusiastic, responsible, and work-related opinions of the delegates attending the meeting to best prepare for the organization of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. These opinions will be absorbed to complete the draft documents, in which the tasks for implementation will be more clearly defined. The Provincial Party Secretary said that this is also a basis for Party Congresses at all levels in the entire Provincial Party Committee to refer to the way of doing things, especially studying the outline of the political report so that Party Committees at all levels in the province can proactively develop documents for their Party Congresses. Regarding the personnel of the Document Subcommittee and the Support Unit, it will be completed and submitted to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for comments, and at the same time, a standing unit of the Document Subcommittee will be established to direct, coordinate the Support Unit and prepare the content of the meetings of the Document Subcommittee.
The Provincial Party Secretary also mentioned the assignment of tasks to draft the Political Report, Action Program, Review Report, etc. The drafting of the Resolution will be chaired by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and some comrades in the Document Subcommittee will be assigned accordingly. In addition, it is necessary to add a section of other documents, including specialized reports according to the Central Committee's instructions, the Congress program, the Congress management script, speeches, etc. Regarding the work program plan, it is necessary to edit it concisely, clearly stating the work to be done and the time frame for implementation.
