At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results achieved in the implementation of ethnic work in the past 6 months, as well as pointing out some difficulties and obstacles in implementing the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, and at the same time proposing solutions for implementation in the coming time.

To continue to effectively implement ethnic work and ethnic policies in 2024, he suggested that the Provincial Ethnic Committee continue to advise, guide and propose solutions to speed up the disbursement of program capital; urgently review and evaluate the results of program implementation in the 2021-2025 period and propose capital needs for the 2026-2030 period; continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 52/NQ-CP dated June 15, 2016 of the Government on promoting the development of human resources for ethnic minorities in the 2016-2020 period; strengthen guidance, inspection, examination and supervision of the implementation of programs and policies for ethnic minority areas in the province...

At the meeting, the Steering Committee of the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Tuyen Quang Province in 2024, the leaders of the Provincial Ethnic Committee informed the delegates about the expected time of the congress from August 27 to 28, at the Provincial Information - Conference Center, with the participation of 250 official delegates.

Up to this point, the preparation work for the congress has basically ensured the required contents, closely following the plan and regulations under the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. The Committee has drafted the Congress documents, developed a personnel plan, propaganda work and other conditions... Currently, the Provincial Ethnic Committee continues to complete the contents and work; prepare plans to deploy logistics and propaganda work to serve the Congress.
