Resolution No. 71/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Bac Giang province promulgates policies to support the preservation and promotion of ethnic minority languages in the period of 2024-2030. According to Resolution No. 71/2024/NQ-HDND dated October 8, 2024 of the People's Council of Bac Giang province, you can be supported if you meet the following conditions:
Support conditions
+ Instructor: Name in the Teaching Task Assignment Form attached to the Decision to open a class of the unit organizing the class.
+ Teaching activities: Implement the program approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
+ Valid documents: Submit complete documents on time.
Interest:
- Financial support:
Cost of ethnic costumes: VND 800,000/person/set of costume (other ethnic groups); VND 5,000,000/set (Dao ethnic women).
- Remuneration: 300,000 VND/teaching session (5 periods/session for primary school, 4 periods/session for secondary school and community classes).
Support for learners: Free distribution of teaching materials for ethnic minority languages.
Support for villages: 2,500,000 VND/village to purchase writing boards for classrooms.

Procedures for support
- File:
+ Application for support for teachers (form number 01).
+ Decision to open a class and list of assigned tasks.
- Submit application
+ For community classes: Submit to the People's Committee at the commune level.
+ For school classes: Submit at the school office.
- Approval: The People's Committee at the commune level or the unit organizing the class checks the documents, compiles them and submits them to the Provincial Ethnic Committee for appraisal.
Support method
+ 10 working days before the opening date of the ethnic minority language class, the unit organizing the ethnic minority language class shall compile a list of learners and send a request for support (with the Decision to open an ethnic minority language class and the list of learners) to the Ethnic Committee.
+ Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the request for support from the ethnic minority language class organizer, the Ethnic Minorities Committee shall hand over the documents to the ethnic minority language class organizer so that the ethnic minority language class organizer can distribute the documents to learners and make a list of learners receiving the documents (according to Form No. 03 in the Appendix attached to the Resolution) and send it to the Ethnic Minorities Committee for monitoring and management.

+ Responsibilities of the instructor: Must fully complete assigned tasks and comply with the official curriculum.
+ Monitoring and acceptance: The class will be monitored regularly and accepted according to the correct procedure.
Commitment to use for the right purpose: The recipient of support must commit to using the support money for the right purpose.
+ Implementation period: The Resolution takes effect from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2030.
