Closely monitor "underground" beauty salons and dental clinics
According to Ms. Chau, the delegation invited dental clinics and beauty salons that were operating illegally as reported by Tuoi Tre Online to explain, rectify, and write a commitment to stop operations.
JK Medical cosmetic facilities (89C Ly Thai To), Chi Lang Dental Clinic (No. 14 Tran Nhan Tong), Viet Duc International Dental Clinic (No. 171 Hai Ba Trung, Buon Ma Thuot City)... have violated the law and paid fines.
The facilities explained that they were still operating after being suspended because... some old customers were still undergoing treatment.

"We require the facilities to comply with the penalty decisions and commit to stopping operations. We have sent a document to the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City to direct medical stations to monitor.
"At the same time, the Department Inspectorate also coordinated with the Internal Political Security Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police to monitor the "transformed" establishments that are still operating "underground" after being suspended," said Ms. Chau.
According to Ms. Chau, in February 2025, in addition to the violating facilities as reported by Tuoi Tre Online , the Dak Lak Department of Health inspected and continued to issue decisions to fine and force the suspension of operations of many dental facilities and beauty salons operating without a license...
"If dental clinics and beauty salons continue to violate, the Department of Health will coordinate with other sectors to conduct inspections. If they are found to be repeat offenders, severe sanctions will be imposed, including a permanent ban on operations," said Ms. Chau.
Went to the dentist but was referred for examination and treatment of male diseases
Meanwhile, Ms. Ho Thi Tuoi - Deputy Chief of Office of Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee - said that the city has inspected and invited dental clinics and beauty salons in the area to work. Thereby, many violations were discovered as reported by Tuoi Tre Online .
One of the violating facilities is the "Plaster International Clinic" Dental Clinic at 111 Le Thanh Tong (Thanh Cong Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City), where in early February 2025, a reporter went to have a dental check-up but was introduced by the staff that this place also examines and treats male diseases.

During the surprise inspection by the delegation established by the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City on February 18, the representative of the facility working with the delegation, Ms. Dang Thi Diem (residing in Ho Chi Minh City), presented a business registration certificate for hair cutting, shampooing, and skin care (basic) under the name of Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung. However, the records at the facility showed that it treated sinusitis, andrology, psoriasis, etc., but there was no related license.
The authorities later identified Mr. Nguyen Van Bien (40 years old) as the tenant and investor of the medical examination and treatment of skin diseases and sinusitis at this facility.
Mr. Bien hired Ms. Pham Le Huyen Trang to directly examine and treat patients at the above address, but could not provide a license to open a medical clinic.
Since then, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City has just issued a decision to administratively fine Mr. Bien 45 million VND, forcing the suspension of the facility's operations for 18 months.
